Background:

This is my first year at NSMS and I am very excited to start working here. I graduated from Anderson University in May 2011 with my Bachelors Degree in Education and a minor in flute performance. 

During college I worked with an after school program where I would help students finish their homework and play games with them until their parents picked them up.  I also did a kindergarten and preschool practicum and a preschool internship each lasting for one semenster.  I woulld write lesson plans, teach, and assist the teacher throughout the day. 

I plan on getting my Montessori Certification because I have always had a passion for children and have known I wanted to be a teacher since I was in preschool.
